Owner Daynen was very easy to work with, scheduling his videographer Neal at my father-in-law's funeral with just a couple of days notice. Neal showed up 1/2 hour before the funeral, just as promised. He was very respectful and had everything set up in plenty of time. His presence was very unobtrusive. The sound was captured perfectly, and zooming and panning were all done at appropriate times. We had numerous people tell us afterwards that they had never seen such a well-done stream.
